History:
After fighting to get a store-bought cover on (and I mean fighting!) then forced to remove it a week later due to funny particles coming off onto my hand (EWW!), I decided to go with the old addage "if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself." And that is precisely what I did! At the time I came up with the idea, I had no real pattern to work from other than the machine manufactured ones from the store and of course my own steering wheel! And once I had the cover on, I realized the need for a shifter mit since the Arizona sun can be brutal on black metal!
